This workshop is designed for those who organise and run meetings either with clients or colleagues. There is a skill to running a professional meeting which sticks to an agenda and where concise minutes are circulated to attendees. It isn’t just luck and having a good memory!

Researchers lamented that poorly planned and poorly run meetings are the worst kept secret of vaunted business skills. Few organizations have even begun to take a serious look at the largest remaining item of containable costs (e.g. misused meetings).
