Das EFQM-Diagnosetool: RADAR

RADAR ist ein Akronym, durch das die EFQM die Logik beschreibt, die einer Organisation dabei hilft, bestehende Stärken und Verbesserungspotenziale zu erkennen und die aktuelle Arbeitsweise besser zu steuern.
Die RADAR Logik legt dar, wie die Organisation:
• die angestrebten Ergebnisse definiert,die sie durch ihre Strategie erreichen möchte (Results - Ergebnisse)
• eine Reihe von Vorgehensweisen festgelegt hat, durch die die angestrebten Ergebnisse jetzt und in Zukunft erzielt werden sollen (Approaches - Vorgehensweisen)
• diese Vorgehensweisen angemessen umsetzt (Deployment - Umsetzung)
• die umgesetzten Vorgehensweisen bewertet und verbessert, um zu lernen, sich weiterzuentwickeln (Assess and Refine - Bewerten und Verbessern)
Um eine solide Analyse zu ermöglichen, sind jedem RADAR Element Attribute zugeordnet. Für jedes Attribut gibt es eine Beschreibung und Hinweise, was die Organisation dabei erreichen sollte.
Eine Einzelperson oder ein Team kann die RADAR Logik auf Attribut-Ebene in Verbindung mit dem EFQM Modell anwenden:
• um mit ihrer Hilfe die aktuellen Stärken und Verbesserungspotenziale einer Organisation zu identifizieren
• um einer Organisation zu helfen, ihre Zukunft inForm von erwünschten Ergebnissen und den dazu erforderlichen Handlungen zu beschreiben
