Im EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training, durchgeführt von ITQM, habe ich realisiert, dass das EFQM Excellence Modell sehr hilfreich ist, auch die Öffentliche Verwaltung und Universitäten in ihrem Streben nach Excellence zu unterstützen. Das Training war sehr gut und gab mir eine neue Sicht über Exzellenz.

I needed this training to get more confidence with the scoring process. This training was very beneficial and important for me.
