EFQM Foundation Training an der King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, KSA durchgeführt. Dies war das erste EFQM FT in Jeddah!

Das EFQM L4E und das Lean Project Management / Qualitätsverbesserungsmethoden/-techniken Training gaben mir das Know-how nicht nur über was zu verändern ist, sondern auch wie es zu verändern ist.

Ich kann das EFQM Training für alle Organisationen empfehlen, die ihre Organisation in Richtung Excellence weiterentwickeln wollen. Das Training von ITQM wurde sehr gut durchgeführt und hat die gesetzten Ziele erreicht.
