February 24, 2019: Unser Kunde Oman Post Company erhält von EFQM die Auszeichnung "Committed to Excellence". Oman Post Company ist ein Unternehmen von ASYAD, einer Omani Government Holding Company. ITQM unterstützt Oman Post Company im Streben nach Excellence.

Das Training wurde sehr gut durchgeführt. Es war ein sehr dynamisches Training mit einem sehr aktiven Erfahrungsaustausch unter den Teilnehmenden.

Das EFQM Leaders for Excellence (L4E) Training und das EFQM Internal Assessor Training (IAT) waren die besten Trainings die ich je besucht habe. Ich lernte sehr viel in diesen Trainings. Die Diskussionen bei der Verwendung der Fallstudien, besonders die Anwendung des EFQM Modells in der Bildung, waren sehr hilfreich für mich. Ich kann beide Trainings, die von Dr. Karl J.
