Oman Post Company erhält die EFQM Auszeichnung "Committed to Excellence"

February 24, 2019:    Unser Kunde Oman Post Company erhält von EFQM die Auszeichnung "Committed to Excellence". Oman Post Company ist ein Unternehmen von ASYAD, einer Omani Government Holding Company. ITQM unterstützt Oman Post Company im Streben nach Excellence.

  • "I have attended the EFQM Foundation and EFQM Assessor Training (Model 2020) with the purpose of refreshing and increasing my knowledge as Certified EFQM Assessor. I really felt happy to have attended this training with Dr. Karl Koller from ITQM, with whom I had attended a few years ago the EFQM Internal Assessor Training, and the Risk Management Training (based on the EFQM Model). Dr. Karl delivers his trainings in an efficient way, where he mixes knowledge with his experience in the area of Excellence. He also gives full opportunity for participants to interact effectively during the training. That helps participants to gain more knowledge, more good practices, and examples in Excellence to become competent Leaders for Excellence in their organizations.   • The training was very beneficial for me. I learned during the three-day Assessor Training about Excellence and how I can conduct an assessment in an organization based on best practice standards. All leaders in government organizations should have knowledge about the EFQM Excellence Framework and should take actions to follow the best practice standards in their organizations. We would then be able to make improvements more quickly in all areas of government services, helping to bring our country forward.
