Im EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training konnte ich mein Excellence-Wissen weiterentwickeln. Dieses Training sollte nicht nur von Qualitätsmanagement-Spezialisten, sondern auch von Rektoren, Vize-Rektoren, Dekane/Vize Dekane und weiteren Führungskräften besucht werden. Das Training zeigt ihnen den Weg zur Excellenz auf.

“I have attended the EFQM Foundation Training by ITQM. It was a very good experience, which I recommend to every person who intends to explore new ways of managerial thinking and to every organization that needs to increase the efficiency and the outcome of its organization. The training was supported with case studies, live examples and documents, which I can refer to and build on, to translate into my day to day work. I am looking forward to attend  the EFQM Assessor Training by ITQM.”

Im EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training, durchgeführt von ITQM, habe ich realisiert, dass das EFQM Excellence Modell sehr hilfreich ist, auch die Öffentliche Verwaltung und Universitäten in ihrem Streben nach Excellence zu unterstützen. Das Training war sehr gut und gab mir eine neue Sicht über Exzellenz.
