Im EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training, durchgeführt von ITQM, habe ich realisiert, dass das EFQM Excellence Modell sehr hilfreich ist, auch die Öffentliche Verwaltung und Universitäten in ihrem Streben nach Excellence zu unterstützen.
