  • Das EFQM Leaders for Excellence (L4E) Training und das  EFQM Internal Assessor Training (IAT) waren die besten Trainings die ich je besucht habe. Ich lernte sehr viel in diesen Trainings. Die Diskussionen bei der Verwendung der Fallstudien, besonders die Anwendung des EFQM Modells in der Bildung, waren sehr hilfreich für mich. Ich kann beide Trainings, die von Dr. Karl J.
