EFQM Leading the Excellence Journey Training

The EFQM Leading the Excellence Journey Training is designed for managers who want to understand and apply the EFQM Excellence Model (developed by the European Foundation for Quality Management) within their working environment. Using real application documents and simple, effective tools, participants will learn how to identify areas for improvement and adopt a structured approach to effectively address them.

  • Das EFQM L4E Training war ein sehr lehrreiches und nutzbringendes zwei-Tage-Training, das mir einen Überblick über das EFQM Modell und die Fundamentalen Konzepte der Exzellenz verschaffte. Ich empfehle dieses Training allen, die noch nichts über das EFQM Excellence Modell gehört haben, aber auch denen, die bereits etwas über Excellence wissen, aber ihr Wissen auffrischen und erweitern wollen.
