Das EFQM L4E Training war ein sehr lehrreiches und nutzbringendes zwei-Tage-Training, das mir einen Überblick über das EFQM Modell und die Fundamentalen Konzepte der Exzellenz verschaffte. Ich empfehle dieses Training allen, die noch nichts über das EFQM Excellence Modell gehört haben, aber auch denen, die bereits etwas über Excellence wissen, aber ihr Wissen auffrischen und erweitern wollen. Dieses Training ist sehr nützlich für Führungskräfte auf allen Stufen, in welchen Bereichen sie auch arbeiten, da Excellence eine Schlüsselkomponente von Top-Leistungen ist.
