The EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training gave me a new view about Quality. I learned about a holistic Excellence Framework that helps organizations to develop towards Excellence. I wish more of our leaders would know about the EFQM Excellence Model. Developing our organizations towards Excellence would be very beneficial for our customers, our organizations, and our country.

Das EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training gab mir ein sehr gutes Verständnis wie Excellence an Universitäten eingeführt werden kann. Das Training ist für Führungskräfte an Universitäten sehr nutzbringend.

Das EFQM Training gibt eine holistische Übersicht über Qualitätsmanagement wie auch die Grundbausteine des EFQM Modells. Das Training hilft die Grundlagen für ein Streben nach Excellence in der eigenen Organisation aufzubauen.
