Das EFQM Leaders for Excellence (L4E) Training und das  EFQM Internal Assessor Training (IAT) waren die besten Trainings die ich je besucht habe. Ich lernte sehr viel in diesen Trainings. Die Diskussionen bei der Verwendung der Fallstudien, besonders die Anwendung des EFQM Modells in der Bildung, waren sehr hilfreich für mich. Ich kann beide Trainings, die von Dr. Karl J. Koller vom Institute for Total Quality Management (ITQM) durchgeführt wurden, sehr empfehlen.

Thanks a lot for providing the Excellence Assessor Scoring Calibration Online Training, another enriching and insightful training opportunity for EFQM Assessors (Model 2020). The training helped me to further to develop my Assessor skills.
