Oman Post Company erhält die EFQM Auszeichnung "Committed to Excellence"

“I have attended the EFQM Foundation Training by ITQM. It was a very good experience, which I recommend to every person who intends to explore new ways of managerial thinking and to every organization that needs to increase the efficiency and the outcome of its organization. The training was supported with case studies, live examples and documents, which I can refer to and build on, to translate into my day to day work. I am looking forward to attend  the EFQM Assessor Training by ITQM.”

Durch das  EFQM European Assessor Training, durchgeführt von  ITQM, lernte ich über eine Excellenz Methode, nicht um über Excellence zu sprechen, sondern um Excellence auch anzuwenden.

Das EFQM L4E Training war sehr informativ und hilfreich. Es hat mein Wissen erweitert, wie ich Verbesserungsaktivitäten an bei meiner Arbeit vorantreiben kann durch die Anwendung des EFQM Excellence Modells für Selbstbewertung. Die Diskussionen um das EFQM Excellence Modell sowie die praktischen Übungen waren sehr hilfreich.
