=> 1. März 2022: Public Telecommunication Company (PTC) in Yemen startet den Journey to Excellence (auf der Grundlage des EFQM Excellence Modells).

PTC ist ein Unternehmen des Ministeriums für Telekommunikation, mit dem Auftrag, die Telekommunikationsdienstleistungen in Yemen weiterzuentwickeln.

Das Training gab mir ein gutes Verständnis über Excellence an Universitäten. Die eingesetzte Fallstudie hat mir sehr gefallen. Dies war eines der besten Trainings, an dem ich in den letzten Jahren teilgenommen habe.
