ITQM wieder anerkannt als internationaler EFQM Advisor Organisation

The training was very beneficial for me. I learned during the three-day Assessor Training about Excellence and how I can conduct an assessment in an organization based on best practice standards. All leaders in government organizations should have knowledge about the EFQM Excellence Framework and should take actions to follow the best practice standards in their organizations. We would then be able to make improvements more quickly in all areas of government services, helping to bring our country forward.

Der ITQM Workshop hat mir sehr geholfen, meine Organisation in Richtung Excellence weiterzuentwickeln.

"Allen Teilnehmenden von unserem College of Dentistry der King Saud University in Riyadh wie auch anderen Teilnehmenden von anderen Colleges und Ministerien hat das EFQM Foundation Training von ITQM sehr gefallen. Dieses Training hat mir, als Zertifizierter EFQM Assessor (Model 2013), geholfen, die Veränderungen am EFQM Excellence Modell zu verstehen. Im weiteren habe ich gelernt, wie ich das neue EFQM Modell in unserem College einführen kann. Am interessantesten fand ich die von Dr. Koller aufgezeigten, praktischen Beispiele von verschiedenen Industrien, wie auch von Universitäten und Gesundheitseinrichtungen. Dieses Training war ganz klar eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit, mein EFQM Excellence Know-how auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen."

All participants from our College of Dentistry at King Saud University in Riyadh as well as from other colleges and ministries have enjoyed the EFQM Foundation Training by ITQM. As a Certified EFQM Assessor (Model 2013), this training will help me a lot to know about the model changes and and how to implement the new Excellence Model in my organization. The best part of the training were the real life examples from different industries as well as education and health care sectors, presented by Dr. Karl. This training was for me definitely a very good opportunity to update my EFQM Excellence know-how.
