IBF Globale Richtlinien zur Governance von Business Excellence - entwickelt von ITQM

Dr. Karl J. Koller von ITQM hat für die International Board Foundation (IBF) die Globalen Richtlinien zur Governance von Business Excellence (Deutsch und Englisch) entwickelt. Diese Guidelines zeigen dem Board die Vorteile für eine Organisation auf, wenn sie die Organisation in Richtung Excellence entwickeln, indem sie ein Business Excellence Model wie das EFQM Excellence Model verwenden. Die Guidelines können von ITQM und IBF kostenlos bezogen werden.
