Neues Traning: Excellence Assessor Scoring Calibration Training

During the regular EFQM Assessor Training, participants learned the theory about scoring during an asssessment process.

This training was newly designed by ITQM for EFQM Assessors who want to develop strong EFQM Assessor Scoring Skills. Using a case study, participants will further develop their skills by defining strenghts and opportunities for improvement and by scoring several criterion parts.

After this online training, participants will:
• have strengthened their skills in defining strenghts and opportunities for improvement during an EFQM Assessment
• have strengthened their skills in scoring criterion parts during an EFQM Assessment
• have increased their self-confidence in the scoring process

Are you interested to gain routine in RADAR scoring? Then this training is for you!

It was a very good experience, which I recommend to every person who intends to explore new ways of managerial thinking and to every organization that needs to increase the efficiency and the outcome of its organization. The training was supported with case studies, live examples and documents, which I can refer to and build on, to translate into my day to day work.
