Der Journey to Excellence wird auch den digitalen Transformationsprozess innerhalb des Royal Court Affairs unterstützen. ITQM unterstützt Royal Court Affairs mit Führungstraining, EFQM Self-Assessment, Lean Project Management Training und Project Coaching.
