  • The Document Management System Training by ITQM was very informative, practical, and well organized. The training will help me to further develop the DMS in our hospital. I also liked very much the various team exercises. The trainers were very successful in creating a very stimulating learning environment.

Ms. Suad Fael Mubarak Bait-Maghrab, Head of Quality Department, Sultan Qaboos Hospital, Salalah, OM
  • The EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training conducted by ITQM was very interesting and added great value to me. I liked also very much the best practice examples presented by Dr. Karl J. Koller.

Mr. Abdulaziz A. Almahboob, Head of TQM Department, Assessor for the King Abdulaziz Quality Award, Eastern Province Directorate, Ministry of Education, Dammam, KSA
  • The EFQM Leaders for Excellence (L4E) Training and the EFQM Internal Assessor Training (IAT) are the most valuable trainings I have ever attended. I have learned a lot from these trainings. The discussions around the case studies, particularly by using the EFQM Excellence Model in the Education Sector, were very beneficial. I strongly recommend the EFQM L4E and the EFQM IAT, conducted by Dr. Karl J. Koller from the Swiss Institute for Total Quality Management (ITQM).
