We support organization in implementing and further developing the EFQM Excellence Model in their organization

For more then 25 years we had been an International Accredited EFQM Advisor / Trainer / Validator. During this time we have trained more then 1000 people to become EFQM Assessors and EFQM Leaders for Excellence.

The EFQM Excellence Model

Used as a strategic evaluation tool, the EFQM Excellence Model 2025 offers a holistic view of the organization, highlighting its strenghts and areas for improvement. Used as a benchmarking tool, the Model will show how an organization compares to its competitors and other leading organizations. Used as a management tool, it will help set the performance and competency objectives of the organization.

The EFQM Excellence Model provides a holistic tool for assessing how effective you are in developing and delivering a stakeholder focused strategy. The four result areas focus on what's important to the four key stakeholder groups (Business, Customer, People, Society).

At its simplest level, the Model is a cause and effect diagram. If we want to achieve a different result, we need to change something we do within the organisation.  The Model provides a framework for understanding which levers we need to pull in order to achieve the results we want.  It helps us understand the role each part of our organisation needs to play in effectively implementing our strategy; whether that’s in an SME, a school or a global company.

And because what is considered excellent today will only be considered as adequate tomorrow, there is a continual improvement loop, feeding back the learning from the results achieved and using creativity and innovation to drive increased value for all the stakeholders.

  • In the EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training I could further develop my know-how in Excellence. This training should be attended not only by Quality Management Specialists but also by Rectors, Vice-Rectors, Deans/Vice-Deans, and Line Managers of Universities and Colleges. The training provides them with a roadmap to Excellence.

  • "I have attended the EFQM Foundation and EFQM Assessor Training (Model 2020) with the purpose of refreshing and increasing my knowledge as Certified EFQM Assessor. I really felt happy to have attended this training with Dr. Karl Koller from ITQM, with whom I had attended a few years ago the EFQM Internal Assessor Training, and the Risk Management Training (based on the EFQM Model). Dr. Karl delivers his trainings in an efficient way, where he mixes knowledge with his experience in the area of Excellence. He also gives full opportunity for participants to interact effectively during the training. That helps participants to gain more knowledge, more good practices, and examples in Excellence to become competent Leaders for Excellence in their organizations. I thank Dr. Karl for his support and generosity."
