In diesem Training erhalten Sie einen Überblick zum neuen EFQM Excellence Modell 2025 und zur RADAR-Logik, der Bewertungen nach EFQM. Sie erfahren, welche Vorteile diese Tools Ihrer Organisation bieten. Des Weiteren bilden die Entwicklung und der Aufbau des neuen EFQM Modells sowie die Philosophie dahinter wichtige Bestandteile des Seminars. Sie lernen zudem die digitalen Tools der EFQM und deren Funktionen kennen.

EFQM Foundation Training (EFQM Model 2025; Online - English)

This 1-day-EFQM Foundation Training (online) is for everybody who wants to find out about the new EFQM Model (Model 2025) and RADAR and how these tools can benefit an organisation. It is also a great training for change professionals, in general. Whilst this training is effective as a stand-alone training, it is also the starting point for further EFQM Trainings (e.g. EFQM Assessor Training).

EFQM Assessor Training (EFQM Modell 2025; Online - German)

Lernen Sie Organisationen nach Best Practice Prinzipien zu bewerten. Werden Sie ein Zertifizierter EFQM Assessor. Dieses 3-tägige Online-Training zielt darauf ab, die Teilnehmer in die Lage zu versetzen, eine strategische Bewertung einer Organisation als Teil eines leistungsstarken EFQM-Assessment-Teams durchzuführen. Eine Fallstudie, die auf einem realen Unternehmen basiert, bildet die Grundlage für eine simulierte Bewertung. Die Teilnehmer werden durch die verschiedenen Phasen der Bewertung geführt, während sie ihre Fähigkeiten entwickeln und üben.

EFQM Assessor Training (EFQM Model 2025; Online - English)

This 3-day-online-training aims to equip participants to conduct a strategic assessment of an organisation as part of a high-performing EFQM assessment team. A case study based on a real company forms the basis for a simulated assessment. Participants are led through the various stages of the assessment whilst developing and practising their skills. This training is the final stage in the EFQM Assessor qualification.

Dies ist ein 1,5-stündiges Online-Training für EFQM Assessoren, die das EFQM Certified Assessor Training Modell 2020 bestanden haben, und sich für das EFQM-Modell 2025 qualifizieren wollen. Nach dem Besuch des Trainings müssen die Teilnehmenden die EFQM Assessor Online Prüfung ablegen. Bei erfolgreichem Bestehen der Prüfung (Bestehensquote = 60%) erhält die teilnehmende Person das Zertifikat EFQM Certified Assessor 2025.

EFQM Assessor Upgrade Training (EFQM Model 2025; Online - English)

This is a 1.5-hour online training for EFQM assessors who have passed the EFQM Certified Assessor Training Model 2020 and want to qualify for the EFQM Model 2025. After attending the training, participants must take the EFQM Assessor Online exam. If the exam is successfully passed, the participant will receive the EFQM Certified Assessor 2025 certificate.
