EFQM Foundation Training an der King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, KSA durchgeführt. Dies war das erste EFQM FT in Jeddah!

Am 26. Februar 2020 wurde an der King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, KSA das EFQM Foundation Training (basierend auf dem EFQM Modell 2020) erfolgreich durchgeführt. Die Teilnehmenden lernten das neue EFQM Modell kennen und wie das Modell in ihrer Universität das Streben nach Excellence unterstützt. Das Training wurde von Dr. Karl J. Koller durchgeführt. Anschliessend an das Training gab Dr. Karl J. Koller für die Universitätsleitung und Faculty eine Präsentation zu Excellence in Higher Education.

I really felt happy to have attended this training with Dr. Karl Koller from ITQM, with whom I had attended a few years ago the EFQM Internal Assessor Training, and the Risk Management Training (based on the EFQM Model). The training was very beneficial for me. I learned during the three-day Assessor Training about Excellence and how I can conduct an assessment in an organization based on best practice standards. All leaders in government organizations should have knowledge about the EFQM Excellence Framework and should take actions to follow the best practice standards in their organizations. We would then be able to make improvements more quickly in all areas of government services, helping to bring our country forward.

Das EFQM L4E Training war ein sehr lehrreiches und nutzbringendes zwei-Tage-Training, das mir einen Überblick über das EFQM Modell und die Fundamentalen Konzepte der Exzellenz verschaffte. Ich empfehle dieses Training allen, die noch nichts über das EFQM Excellence Modell gehört haben, aber auch denen, die bereits etwas über Excellence wissen, aber ihr Wissen auffrischen und erweitern wollen. Dieses Training ist sehr nützlich für Führungskräfte auf allen Stufen, in welchen Bereichen sie auch arbeiten, da Excellence eine Schlüsselkomponente von Top-Leistungen ist.
