EFQM Foundation Training in Riyadh, KSA durchgeführt. Dies war das erste EFQM FT in Saudi Arabien!

Am 25. Februar 2020 wurde in Riyadh, KSA das allererste EFQM Foundation Training (basierend auf dem EFQM Modell 2020) erfolgreich durchgeführt. Die vierzehn Delegierten kamen vom Saudi Commission for Health Care Specialities, King Saud University, Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman, Applus Insurance Brokerage, and Bury Al Hamam Restaurants Company. Die Teilnehmenden lernten das neue EFQM Modell kennen und wie das Modell in ihren Organisationen das Streben nach Excellence unterstützt. Das Training wurde von Dr. Karl J. Koller durchgeführt.

Das EFQM Leaders for Excellence (L4E) Training von ITQM hat mir geholfen, mein Wissen über Excellenz zu erweitern. Ich schätzte sehr die Expertendiskussionen mit Dr. Koller. Das neugelernte Wissen konnte ich umgehend und erfolgreich in meiner Universität umsetzen.

The training was very beneficial for me. I learned during the three-day Assessor Training about Excellence and how I can conduct an assessment in an organization based on best practice standards. All leaders in government organizations should have knowledge about the EFQM Excellence Framework and should take actions to follow the best practice standards in their organizations. We would then be able to make improvements more quickly in all areas of government services, helping to bring our country forward.

The EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training gave me a new view about Quality. I learned about a holistic Excellence Framework that helps organizations to develop towards Excellence. I wish more of our leaders would know about the EFQM Excellence Model. Developing our organizations towards Excellence would be very beneficial for our customers, our organizations, and our country.
