Registration for Training

Das von ITQM durchgeführte EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training war sehr interessant und wertvoll für mich. Ich schätzte vorallem die Best Practise Beispiele, die von Dr. Karl J. Koller präsentiert wurden.

Durch das  EFQM European Assessor Training, durchgeführt von  ITQM, lernte ich über eine Excellenz Methode, nicht um über Excellence zu sprechen, sondern um Excellence auch anzuwenden.
