Registration for Training

The EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training gave me a new view about Quality. I learned about a holistic Excellence Framework that helps organizations to develop towards Excellence. I wish more of our leaders would know about the EFQM Excellence Model. Developing our organizations towards Excellence would be very beneficial for our customers, our organizations, and our country.

Im EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training, durchgeführt von ITQM, habe ich realisiert, dass das EFQM Excellence Modell sehr hilfreich ist, auch die Öffentliche Verwaltung und Universitäten in ihrem Streben nach Excellence zu unterstützen. Das Training war sehr gut und gab mir eine neue Sicht über Exzellenz.

Das EFQM European Assessor Training wurde ausgezeichnet durchgeführt. Dr. Koller's profesionelle Kompetenz, seine methodische Vorgehensweise, wie auch sein persönliches und rhetorisches Verhalten war sehr gut.
