Registration for Training

“I have attended the EFQM Foundation Training by ITQM. It was a very good experience, which I recommend to every person who intends to explore new ways of managerial thinking and to every organization that needs to increase the efficiency and the outcome of its organization. The training was supported with case studies, live examples and documents, which I can refer to and build on, to translate into my day to day work. I am looking forward to attend  the EFQM Assessor Training by ITQM.”

The EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training gave me a new view about Quality. I learned about a holistic Excellence Framework that helps organizations to develop towards Excellence. I wish more of our leaders would know about the EFQM Excellence Model. Developing our organizations towards Excellence would be very beneficial for our customers, our organizations, and our country.

Dieses Training sollte nicht nur von Qualitätsmanagement-Spezialisten, sondern auch von Rektoren, Vize-Rektoren, Dekane/Vize Dekane und weiteren Führungskräften besucht werden. Das Training zeigt ihnen den Weg zur Excellenz auf.
