Registration for Training

The EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training gave me a new view about Quality. I learned about a holistic Excellence Framework that helps organizations to develop towards Excellence. I wish more of our leaders would know about the EFQM Excellence Model. Developing our organizations towards Excellence would be very beneficial for our customers, our organizations, and our country.

Der Workshop war sehr informativ und und hat mir neues Wissen über Excellence geboten. Die praktischen Beispiele im Workshop wurden sehr an die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmenden angepasst.

Ich kann das EFQM Training für alle Organisationen empfehlen, die ihre Organisation in Richtung Excellence weiterentwickeln wollen. Das Training von ITQM wurde sehr gut durchgeführt und hat die gesetzten Ziele erreicht.
