Registration for Training

The training was very beneficial for me. I learned during the three-day Assessor Training about Excellence and how I can conduct an assessment in an organization based on best practice standards. All leaders in government organizations should have knowledge about the EFQM Excellence Framework and should take actions to follow the best practice standards in their organizations. We would then be able to make improvements more quickly in all areas of government services, helping to bring our country forward.

Das Training gab mir ein gutes Verständnis über Excellence an Universitäten. Die eingesetzte Fallstudie hat mir sehr gefallen. Dies war eines der besten Trainings, an dem ich in den letzten Jahren teilgenommen habe.

The Document Management System Training by ITQM was very informative, practical, and well organized. The training will help me to further develop the DMS in our hospital. I also liked very much the various team exercises. The trainers were very successful in creating a very stimulating learning environment.
