Das EFQM Training war sehr interessant. Das neue Wissen ist für meine Arbeit sehr hilfreich.

Durch das  EFQM European Assessor Training, durchgeführt von  ITQM, lernte ich über eine Excellenz Methode, nicht um über Excellence zu sprechen, sondern um Excellence auch anzuwenden.
