Das EFQM L4E Training war sehr informativ und hilfreich. Es hat mein Wissen erweitert, wie ich Verbesserungsaktivitäten an bei meiner Arbeit vorantreiben kann durch die Anwendung des EFQM Excellence Modells für Selbstbewertung. Die Diskussionen um das EFQM Excellence Modell sowie die praktischen Übungen waren sehr hilfreich.

Das EFQM Training war umfassend,  sehr interessant und beinhaltete viele praktische Beispiele.
