EFQM Performance Improvement Practitioner (English)

EFQM Performance Improvement Practitioners understand the overall RADAR logic, how RADAR can be implemented into an organisation to improve performance at every level and how to use RADAR to drive the management agenda. 
EFQM Performance Improvement Practitioners are able to build a continuous improvement culture and mindset across the whole organization in a very simple methodology, and deploy RADAR across day to day initiatives and key projects as an agile project performance framework.

  • The EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training gave me a new view about Quality. I learned about a holistic Excellence Framework that helps organizations to develop towards Excellence.
