First EFQM Internal Assessor Online Training (Model 2020) conducted

From July 15-16, 2020 the wordwide very first EFQM Internal Assessor Online Training with participants from Switzerland, Oman, and Saudi Arabia was successfully conducted by Dr. Karl J. Koller, ITQM.

In the EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training I could further develop my know-how in Excellence.
