Registration for Training

The workshop coach was very successful in explaining us in a simple and efficient way all the quality management improvement tools and techniques.

In the EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training, conducted by ITQM, I realized that the EFQM Excellence Model is very helpful to support also Government organizations and institutions in Higher Education in their Striving for Excellence. The training was very  good and gave me also a new view about Excellence.

Thanks a lot for providing the Excellence Assessor Scoring Calibration Online Training, another enriching and insightful training opportunity for EFQM Assessors (Model 2020). The training helped me to further to develop my Assessor skills.
