Registration for Training

The Document Management System (DMS) Training was very interesting, enjoyable and informative. I am expecting that this training will help on driving improvement at my work area. The training was well organized and conducted by the coach, his way of explaining and managing were very interesting and clear. I recommend such type of training for quality professionals who are dealing with documentation management issues.

The training was very beneficial for me. I learned during the three-day Assessor Training about Excellence and how I can conduct an assessment in an organization based on best practice standards. All leaders in government organizations should have knowledge about the EFQM Excellence Framework and should take actions to follow the best practice standards in their organizations. We would then be able to make improvements more quickly in all areas of government services, helping to bring our country forward.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to sharpen my scoring skills in the Excellence Assessor Scoring Calibration Online Training, based on the EFQM Model 2020. I needed this training to get more confidence with the scoring process. This training was very beneficial and important for me.
