ITQM supports the Ministry of Tourism of Oman starting the Journey to Excellence

January 2018:The Ministry of Tourism of Oman is conducting EFQM Self-Assessments, EFQM Excellence Trainings, Lean Project Management Trainings, as well as several Excellence projects under the guidance of Dr. Karl J. Koller, international Excellence expert and EFQM advisor/trainer from the Institute for Total Quality Management (ITQM), Zurich, Switzerland. ITQM has supported in the GCC countries during the last 15 years many organizations in developping their organizations successfully towards Excellence.

In the EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training I could further develop my know-how in Excellence. This training should be attended not only by Quality Management Specialists but also by Rectors, Vice-Rectors, Deans/Vice-Deans, and Line Managers of Universities and Colleges. The training provides them with a roadmap to Excellence.
