Dr. Karl J. Koller - Certified EFQM Validator (Model 2020)

Today, Dr. Koller was again certified as EFQM Validator (Model 2020).

The EFQM L4E and the LPM-QIMT Training gave me know-how and skills not only about what to change but also how to change.

The training was very beneficial for me. I learned during the three-day Assessor Training about Excellence and how I can conduct an assessment in an organization based on best practice standards.
