Dr. Karl J. Koller - Certified EFQM Validator (Model 2020)

Today, Dr. Koller was again certified as EFQM Validator (Model 2020).

The workshop helped me to understand the EFQM Excellence Model and gave me the necessary know-how to work as an EFQM European Assessor.

The EFQM Leaders for Excellence Training gave me a new view about Quality. I learned about a holistic Excellence Framework that helps organizations to develop towards Excellence.
