Dr. Karl J. Koller - Certified EFQM Validator (Model 2020)

Today, Dr. Koller was again certified as EFQM Validator (Model 2020).

The workshop conducted by Dr. Koller gave me many new ideas for quality improvement within the university and showed me the way to Excellence.
