After a few months of development we are very happy to present you our new ITQM website. The new website gives you a very good overview about our consulting and training services. It offers easy registration for our trainings and a Knowledge Center, where helpful information (articles, case studies, templates, etc.) about Excellence and Quality Management is available for you to download. The EFQM L4E Training was an insightful and beneficial two-day-course which gave me an overview of the EFQM Model and the Fundamental Concepts of Excellence.
