Risk Management based on EFQM Excellence Model and ISO 31000 (Certificate Training)

This Risk Management Training is designed for individuals who want to understand and apply the EFQM Framework for Risk Management and the ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard within their organizations. Using real case exercises and analytical tools, participants will learn how to identify potential risks and adopt a structured approach to effectively address them.

It is a fact that the organizational environment is more competitive then ever and is characterized by risk, uncertainty, rapid change and volatility. To meet this challenge, the Risk Management discipline has undergone a revolution over the past decade. Today, the best organizations do not regard Risk Management simply as a matter of compliance but as a process integral to decision making.

Risk Management provides decision makers with a systematic approach for coping with uncertainty. This approach uses organization-wide processes to identify, assess, manage, and monitor risks and produces aggregated information of an organization's risk exposure. Fundamentally, the aim of Risk Management is to support the achievement of the mission statement, or more practically to satisfy/exceed the expectations of key stakeholders and organizational objectives.

Currently, this public training is not offered.
