Special Training offer for Participants of the OQNHE Conference in Muscat, OM from March 21-22, 2017

The training was very beneficial for me. I learned during the three-day Assessor Training about Excellence and how I can conduct an assessment in an organization based on best practice standards. All leaders in government organizations should have knowledge about the EFQM Excellence Framework and should take actions to follow the best practice standards in their organizations. We would then be able to make improvements more quickly in all areas of government services, helping to bring our country forward.

The EFQM Leaders for Excellence (L4E) Training and the EFQM Internal Assessor Training (IAT) are the most valuable trainings I have ever attended. I have learned a lot from these trainings. The discussions around the case studies, particularly by using the EFQM Excellence Model in the Education Sector, were very beneficial. I strongly recommend the EFQM L4E and the EFQM IAT, conducted by Dr. Karl J. Koller from the Swiss Institute for Total Quality Management (ITQM).

I strongly recommend the EFQM Training, conducted by the Institute for Total Quality Management. The training was very informative, solid, and showed the road to Excellence.
