ESPRIX Forum 2024 – ESPRIX Excellence Recognition
On the occasion of the ESPRIX Forum 2024 on April 24, 2024, Dr. Karl J. Koller, CEO of ITQM and International Business Excellence Expert, emphasized the increasing importance of Business Excellence. He pointed out that it is no longer a question of whether an organization can afford to invest in business excellence, but whether an organization can afford not to invest in business excellence. Organizations that operate a QM system on the basis of quality control or quality assurance are no longer competitive. Organizations that are not committed to continuous performance improvement have costs of poor quality (waste) of 25% or more of their total cost. Business excellence helps organizations "to work smarter, not harder". On the occasion of the ESPRIX Forum 2024, two organizations were honored for their excellent achievements. These are Clienia AG and Kliniken Valens. Both are ESPRIX 2024 award winners.
